Inner Flame
Fire Element · Inner Flame
This painting holds fire without letting it spill.
Inner Flame explores the fire element as something contained, steady, and deeply internal. Within the upward-pointing triangle — the traditional symbol of fire — a female figure is seen from behind, her posture calm and grounded.
Across her back, fine cracks appear, traced with gold leaf. What might be read as scars or fractures become points of light, revealing fire not as destruction, but as illumination. At the center of her chest, an anatomical heart is painted in white and red — a reminder that this inner fire is rooted in love, vitality, and life itself.
The simplicity of the composition allows the focus to remain on this inner glow. There is no outward drama, only a quiet intensity that suggests resilience, presence, and strength shaped over time.
Inner Flame is a reflection on what we carry inside — the light and life that remain, even when unseen.
