Way Of Becoming - Abacus Medicine

Final thoughts

As May comes to an end, so does my exhibition Way Of Becoming at Abacus Medicine.

Over the past months, my paintings have lived among the daily rhythm of a workplace — in hallways, meeting spaces and common areas where people passed by, paused, reflected and sometimes returned again. It has been a privilege to see the artworks become part of an environment where conversations, ideas and human connection unfold every day.

Throughout the exhibition, new works were added to the collection, allowing the story to continue evolving. Several paintings found new homes, but perhaps even more meaningful were the conversations and connections that emerged along the way.

The exhibition was dedicated to my mother, whose curiosity, creativity and appreciation the beauty of being different shaped much of who I am today.

Many of the works explored themes of liberation, feminine strength, transformation and the courage it takes to become more fully oneself. Seeing those themes resonate with others has been both humbling and rewarding.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to experience the exhibition, share a conversation, follow the journey or support the work. Every connection matters.

As one chapter closes, another begins — and I look forward to sharing what comes next.
